Age

To place an order you must be 18 years old, or have signed consent from your guardian.

Webshop conditions

We accept payments by credit card. There are no extra charges for using cards. We do not save any card numbers. All customer information is fully confidential and is not passed on to any third party. In placing your order, you also approve our conditions of sale and make a binding order.

Delivery conditions

Confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as purchase has been processed. The products will be sent within four (4) working days after payment has been received.

30 days money back guarantee

You pay the freight costs (both ways) plus a R25 administration fee. Goods must be returned in its original packaging with no physical damages. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods. Products purchased from our dealers will not be refunded by us.

5 years warranty

We offer a 5 year quality guarantee on production of receipt/proof of purchase. The warranty covers the usability for normal use, not scratches in the plastic or similar.

Complaints or returns

If the product is damaged on delivery or during normal use, we will replace the product or those parts which are damaged with a new product. Contact us before you return the damaged product.

Governing law and disputes

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by a Swedish court in accordance with Swedish law.
